Lavanttal-Koralpe Ski Hotel Guide - Ski accommodation

Lavanttal-Koralpe

The ski resort Koralpe, with an altitude between 1550 m and 2070 m above sea level, extends over 28 km of meticulously groomed slopes, ranging from practice slopes for beginners, over 100 m wide carving slopes for intermediates and advanced to a free-riding area for proficient riders, who would like to try themselves off the beaten tourist track.

As you can see there are plenty of opportunities at the ski resort Koralpe. Beginners, intermediates and advanced are welcome.

Let's board and jump.
In addition to skiing the ski resort Koralpe makes sure that also the young ones and snowboarders get their money worth. A snow and fun park featuring new jumps, rails and half pipes is the new Mecca for snowboarders.

Tobogganing
Tobogganing is a great way to end a fun-filled day in the snow, an activity not to be missed if you want to truly experience the ski resort Koralpe. The starting point of the 3000 m long toboggan run is the Restaurant/Inn Koralpenschutzhaus (1966 m), where you can also always hire bob sleighs. It also is the ideal place to take a nice rest and hang out with family and friends while having a drink.

Snow Shoe Hiking
Go on, take your snow shoes and try something different!

Snowshoes allow you to hike through deep snow to access remote locations over difficult terrain with the best views over the whole valley and Styria. There are many opportunities to enjoy snowshoeing around the ski resort Koralpe. The slopes within the ski resort are very safe and offer a real hiking experience for people of all ages. On your tour you will pass by a few cottages, where you can take a rest and relax a bit. Every parking lot within the ski resort serves as a starting point for ski tours.
